During the three-year dual education program, you will learn everything you need to successfully graduate at vocational school and with us in practice. You are also welcome to “get a taste” of the hotel and catering atmosphere with us during an internship. Education in the Elector means basic learning for life. With us, you will become an all-round talent in the hotel and learn to master the daily challenges in the areas of reception, restaurant, housekeeping and administration. In addition to organizational and practical skills, the values of modern and future-oriented hospitality are of course also taught. Taking care of our national and international guests is, of course, always in the foreground.
Restaurant specialist /-man
You will become a guest services specialist in your company. Here you will learn simple things, such as how to set tables and set table shapes, but also how to plan and organize parties and events.
Cook/cook
Here you will become a master of detail, learning how to handle food properly, how to prepare appetizers, sophisticated fish and meat dishes, as well as vegetables and desserts. The preparation and planning of buffets and banquets is also part of the training.
